MY RESEARCH

My research is rooted in organisational studies and business ethics, with a particular interest in individual ethical construction for employees of the private sector, in the context of neoliberal business practices.

For my PhD research, I apply this interest in the study of experiences of oil and gas industry employees (current and former) in relation to climate change, using qualitative methods.
